It’s already April and spring is right around the corner… This week is the perfect time to reflect on the progress of our New Year’s Resolutions and goals for 2014. Over the past few months, many of us have drifted, forgotten about, or maybe even given up on our New Year’s Resolutions and goals for this year. While you can’t go back and change the past, you can be proactive about changing your future.
Spring is a time of growth, rejuvenation, and renewal so if you’ve gotten off track over the past few months, now is the perfect opportunity to adjust your goals, maybe even set some new goals, and renew your focus on achieving them! Take into account both your personal and your professional life. What do you want to accomplish this year? Where do you want to be by the time 2015 rolls around? Remember that only you have the ability to change your life.
Write your goals down, create a plan, with intermediate steps you need to accomplish along the way, and track your progress as you work towards achieving your goals! Spring is the time to turn things around. Right now is the time to get started. April is the time for action.
"Have a bias toward action – let’s see something happen now. You can break that big plan into small steps and take the first step right away." -Indira Gandhi
